Shipping policy

1. Shipping Time Period

  • Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after confirmation. 
  • Delivery typically takes 6 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • We ship all orders through DTDC to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Please note, Saturdays and Sundays are company holiday

2. In certain situations, such as:

  • You are unavailable to receive the delivery 
  • Your phone is unreachable, or the contact number provided is incorrect 
  • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect 
  • The delivery agent is unable to locate your address 

If any of these reasons cause your prepaid order to be returned to us, please note the following:

  • The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost of ₹100.
  • The re-shipping of RTO (Return to origin) orders can take upto 3-4 days to reship 
  • Once the order is in transit with the logistics provider, we are unable to make any changes or intervene. You will need to contact the logistics provider directly for assistance with delivery.
